1. No Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed on the Banda Being Ambitious LLP website, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please carefully review all order details — items, quantities, delivery address, and payment method — before proceeding to checkout.
2. No Refunds
All orders are final and non‑refundable. Once payment is received and an order is confirmed, the amount is non‑reversible, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change.
3. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that errors can occur. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please reach out to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
- Order number
- Photographs clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue store credit. Refunds will not be issued, but the credit amount can be used for future purchases on our website.
4. How to Report an Issue

5. Shipping and Return Costs
If a return shipment is required for verification, we will cover return shipping costs. Replacement items will also be shipped at no extra charge. We do not reimburse for shipping on regular (non-defective) orders.
6. Refund Crediting
If store credit is issued, you will receive a unique voucher code usable for future purchases. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
